Matte At You Gel Top Coat
When creating the formula for our Matte At You Top Coat, I wanted to made sure it didn't make any manicure look too dry. Sometimes matte top coats really do that, you know? Instead, I opted for a more velvet, softer feel. The finish is beautiful and really only requires 1 coat.
Opaque in: 1 Coat
Directions: Pair Matte At You Top Coat with our Base-ically Base Coat for a long lasting manicure.
Cure Time: 30-60 seconds (LED) / 60-120 seconds (UV)
