At Twinkled, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Twinkled account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a refund due to health and safety regulations.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
